From comfy king sized beds to blackout curtains to sound machines, each bedroom was designed to ensure a great night's sleep. When unwinding before bed, log in to your favorite apps on the wall-mounted Smart TV. Each bedroom also provides 2 nightstands, lamps with USB ports for added convenience, a luggage rack, along with a closet to stow away your belongings.

Get ready for your day in one of the two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped shampoo, conditioner, soap, make-up wipes and a hair dryer. There is also heated toilet seat with three different heat options for your comfort level that guests rave about. The primary bedroom has an en suite full bathroom and the other full bathroom is located right outside the two guest bedrooms, with the linen closet nearby. Plenty of fresh towels/washcloths are provided. There is also a half bath located conveniently on the main floor.

A laundry closet is located outside of the guest bathroom so that you can easily keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

The bean grinder will be full of fresh beans from Black and White Coffee Company, a coffee shop just down the road. If you prefer a quick cup, there is a selection of K-cups. You can doctor it up with a selection of syrups, sugar/Splenda and creamers.

Guest receives 97% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 47% if cancellation occurs more than 15 days before arrival; No refunds within 15 days of arrival. The 3% is to cover the credit card fees that I cannot get refunded back.

We moved to Wake Forest in 2010, right as we were starting to build our family (I was pregnant with my first). As soon as I had my daughter, I decided to leave the workforce and focus on taking care of my family and house. Through the years I have filled my time with volunteering throughout the community. I spent many years on the school's PTA, organized the social activities in my neighborhood, and taught Sunday School. In the past few years, I have really developed a love for real estate investing. In my spare time, I love reading/listening/learning all things real estate and financial literacy (my nerdy side can't help it!). I take pride in my houses and in treating my tenants/guests well.
