Enjoy a peaceful sleep every night of your stay in one of the two tastefully-decorated bedrooms. Each room has a Smart TV, nightstands, storage space for your belongings, and a plush bed to sink into after a day outside.

Get ready for your day in one of the two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower/tub combo and a heated toilet seat with three different heat options for your comfort level. The primary bedroom has an en suite full bathroom and the other full bathroom is located right outside the guest bedroom. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience, so don’t worry about packing those! You’ll also find fresh towels in a bin in each bedroom.

There’s also a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer so that you can easily keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

Make delicious meals in the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to cook as if you were at home. This open concept house has the dining area between the kitchen and the living room. The living area is comfortably decorated with two couches, complete with pillows and blankets to snuggle up with. You’ll find a selection of board games in the laundry room in case you want some family entertainment for a rainy day or evening.

Step out onto the back porch, a great place to sit back, relax, and hang out with your group. This porch opens up to a large backyard. If the season is right, you will get to enjoy the aroma of the gardenias on the side.

Next to the front door, you’ll also find a small front porch with two rocking chairs, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and enjoying the quiet neighborhood. The neighbor's cat, Templeton, usually stops by for an extra rub :)

This space is ideally located just a short walk from restaurants and shops. A digital guidebook will be sent after booking to expand more on the details of the house and surrounding area, complete with my recommendations of places to eat.

About the Owner
We moved to Wake Forest in 2010, right as we were starting to build our family (I was pregnant with my first). As soon as I had my daughter, I decided to leave the workforce and focus on taking care of my family and house. Through the years I have filled my time with volunteering throughout the community. I am very active in the school's PTA, organize all of the social activities in my neighborhood (and we do lots!), and taught Sunday School when the kids were younger. In the past few years, I have really developed a love for real estate investing. In my spare time, I love reading/listening/learning all things real estate ...even taxes (my nerdy side can't help it!). I take pride in my houses and in treating my tenants well.
